This set of photographs is of one of the three books I finished for the online class I took titled The Thread That Weaves from Roxanne Stout. http://rivergardenstudio.typepad.com/artimpressions/the-thread-that-weaves-an-online-workshop.html This class really lit my fire. I made three books actually- you can see the others on my Flickr page- see link on the right side of the blog. I love making books and especially like artist books- I use to make lots of blank books- but now I am interested in the content. I also like that people can interact with it- when they hold it and open it up. Thank you Roxanne for a wonderful experience.

DeletePretty spectacular my friend. The only thing better than seeing them on your blog would be to hold onto them in person. You were really motivated to make three. Glad you had fun, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much John! Maybe I'll bring them in February- we have a near blizzard right now...UHG 4th day in a row of snow.
DeleteTerry this one is fantastic! I love your vintage collage elements and the mini books within it really makes me wish I could see it in person. and I see you made 3 books too. :) I love to try things so making 3 gave me all sorts of latitude to do that. Roxanne's class was great, wasn't it? :)

DeleteThese are tremendous Terry. I have taken that workshop and what I love is the fact that you absolutely "wove" your style into this book. Sensational!!!
