These three collages are larger- matted and framed they are 16 x 20. Once again these have monoprint backgrounds. Thanks for the comments on the first post of this new work.
Well, I think this series is absolutely stellar! Your skillful use of color is mood conveying, and I can't think of a more dynamic use of open space. Really wonderful Terry, I hope you sell out! ♥
More terrificness — and I love seeing the boat guy again (even if it's actually a different guy in the boat). Even more interesting backgrounds in this set, I think. Good luck with the show!
Once again, Terry, wonderful work! I love, love, love all of the SPACE you have incorporated into these pieces. It really helps the viewer focus on the figures and the interaction between them, which in turn completely engages the imagination in each scenario. The colors you have used add an incredible sense of emotion to each piece. I think this is some of your strongest, most powerful work ever! Kudos, Terry!
These are wonderful, Terry! I really like the use of monotypes for the backgrounds, and incorporation of space gives them a unique emotional quality. Don't know if this makes any sense, but anyway, I love them!
Terry, I agree with Robert. You create such wonderful space in these pieces. They draw is in. So strong. Such mystery. I love that there is something of mine in that bottom piece. It warms my heart so. I am so proud of you Terry. This is wonderful work. I know you will have wonderful luck with this show. Love Bri
